BAREFOOT EVENTS
HOST AN UNFORGETTABLE EVENT OVERLOOKING SKAHA LAKE

Wedding Ceremony package - $2000

We book Wedding Ceremonies on our shoulder season (April, May, June, September and October) during these months our beach is much quieter and more private than July and August. You are free to set up an archway and chairs on the sand overlooking the water or under our covered stage that overlooks the lake. For this booking we allow 3 hours, maximum capacity 175 people. Electricity and water is available as well as professional grade sound equipment for your Ceremony music needs.

Cocktail Hour add-on at the Honey Hut (located right beside the stage) - $600 

The service bar includes: Ice maker, two XL fridges, deep freeze, 2 large sinks, open bar serving area, standing patio space. Assorted vintage beverage glasses are provided. 

We offer a 20% discount on our Yurt rate to our Bride and Groom. We have two beach front accommodations steps from the event space that make for the perfect spot to get ready for your Ceremony and accommodate wedding party groups.  

Elopement package - $400

We allow 1 hour for this booking, 50 people maximum for casual wedding ceremonies that do not require set up of chairs or archway. We book Elopement packages on our shoulder season only (April, May, June, September and October) during these months our beach is much quieter and more private than July and August. This event can be accommodated on the sand overlooking the lake or under the covered beach stage.

**We do not book Wedding Reception/Parties at this time**

 

 

 

Yoga Class/Workshop, Birthday Party, Baby shower, Bridal shower - $250

This is a 2 hour booking, self-serve event, 50 people maximum. Host a picnic lunch or a class at our beach stage. Parking available and if you're hosting a class please feel free to invite our RV residents to partake! Washroom access and a broom to sweep the sand from the stage are provided.

Celebration of Life Package $1000 - $1500 -

This is a 3 hour booking 175 people maximum, price depends on the number of guests attending. If refreshments are required our Honey Hut service bar add-on can be booked for an additional $500 The service bar includes: Ice maker, two XL fridges, deep freeze, 2 large sinks, open bar serving area, standing patio space. Assorted vintage beverage glasses are provided. 

Cancelation policy

For Wedding Ceremony or Celebration of Life events we require 2 weeks cancelation with a forfeit of 50% of your event fee. Cancelation of our self-serve events (Yoga class, Birthday Party etc.) requires two days notice with the forfeit of a $40 administration fee 

 

All events require a 100% deposit at the time of booking our space
